Originally designed to support hydration and mineral balance, this simple DIY electrolyte drink has evolved into a clean, effective performance-enhancer with the addition of L-Citrulline and Magnesium Glycinate.

- 16β20 oz filtered water π§
- β tsp Redmond Salt π§
- β tsp Potassium Chloride π’
- β tsp Magnesium Glycinate Powder πΉ
- 1000 mg (ΒΌ tsp) Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) π
- 1 tsp L-Citrulline DL-Malate π₯ (3g)
- π Squeeze of lemon or lime
- π― Raw honey to taste (optional, but awesome) π
